Room nice and clean. Great city view. Quiet room. Staff were professional and friendly. If you’re planning on going to the rooftop bar, you need a reservation before hand. When I booked the room I also made a reservation for the bar. We sat outside, the weather was great and the food was okay. Good location as well. Beware of parking. I was told I would be charged $85 for valet parking, flat rate and my card was charged and extra $170 in total.

Didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel.

Staff was AMAZING But room smaller than expected and paper products terrible

One of the best things about Ink 48 is the location. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do in Manhattan while being just far enough away from the busiest areas to feel a little more relaxed. The rooftop views are also fantastic—you get an incredible view of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at Ink 48 again. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and some of the best views in the city. Highly recommended!

Don’t stay there in summer, there’s a rooftop bar right by the hotel and you can hear all the noise at night in the room… we had 3 rooms and in all of them you could hear the loud music

Rooms were big for NYC. We were there for 4 days. Rooms were not serviced even once despite our asking every single day and being assured it would. Then we were offered compensation because of the lack of follow through and servicing and they also did not follow through with that. The shower curtain had a severe stench of mildew so bathroom door needed to stay closed to keep the stench out of the room. On the surface, the room looks clean but there were dustballs in all of the corners and surfaces that weren’t high touch.

Hotel was great, quick and rather safe walk to Time square or a Subway station. Would absolutely stay again.

Ink 48 definitely feels like it’s missing some heavy duty management. The staff was lovely, and everything seems clean, but overall it’s just a bit faded and unpolished. In our room, the hotel phone wasn’t working, the clock was set to be wrong time, the air vent seemed to be hanging on for dear life, and the mini bar was stocked with bottles of water from the bodega down the street, literally with these neon pink price stickers still on them. The hotel roof is managed by a different company, and they did not seem to have any hustle or desire to welcome hotel guests up to the roof. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is on the property and you would think that the rooftop staff would make a point of fussing a little extra over hotel guests. As I said, staff seemed very friendly, but it did look like a ragtag bunch with untucked shirts, a laissez-faire attitude, et cetera. For 750 bucks a night, for the overall stay I have to say I was a little disappointed

We loved everything about Ink 48. The view of the Hudson River from our room was amazing, and it made the perfect setting for a special trip. This was my wife's first holiday since giving birth a year ago, so it meant a lot to us that everything went smoothly. A special mention has to go to Jessica, the hotel manager, who was extremely welcoming and kind. Coming from London, she genuinely changed my perception not just of New York, but of America as a whole. The rest of the staff were just as accommodating, bringing a microwave, kettle and ironing board to our room without any fuss, and the cleaning was consistently top level throughout our stay. The location is ideal for families. It's only 15–20 minutes to Times Square, so you're close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy some real peace and quiet at the end of the day. There's also plenty to do right on your doorstep along the Hudson River. If we visit New York again, we'd definitely stay here. An amazing place. I liked everything

I think it was one of the best hotels ive stayed at in New York so far. The room was huge, the location was perfect and the rooftop bar had exceptional views The gym could have more facilities. There could also be televisions with access to Netflix etc.

Staff was extremely helpful especially the man working as the porter/front of house who helped us with our bags etc he was always very helpful and extremely friendly.

The free breakfast was a measly continental breakfast. For the cost of the hotel a hot breakfast should have been the included part
