Hotel was very dismissive of us we waited for a bellman for 45 Mins and they never came. We walked to them and then lost our luggage after we left it with them after check out. Once it was located they told us the only way to Get back was to drive back.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s great value for money with friendly staff and gorgeous rooms. Let me not forget to mention the location which is central to virtually everything in NYC

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming vintage style and a great atmosphere. That was honestly the main thing I enjoyed about my stay. The overall service and professionalism were very disappointing. Checkout and billing were poorly handled, the security deposit was unclear, and my experience with the staff when I asked for clarification was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful

On Room 1415 one day on room 1414. They didn’t make the room in two days we call 5 times and they did it. Bad customer service. They charge $60 for a coke in the buffet. It’s because you sat on the table they don’t ask if you eat something. They try to take advantage of the guest. I spent $5,945 for 3 rooms , bad customer service

The property was conveniently located and the room was clean. BUYER BEWARE - They tried charging me an additional amenity fee of $50 at checkout when I already paid the full price from Booking.com, including the amenity fee. When I showed them my receipt from booking.com, they basically told me it was my own problem and that I would need to call booking.com to remedy this. Anyone making reservations through booking.com is likely paying the amenity fee twice!
