Clean, comfortable room with large beds. Bathroom is comfortable with good shower. Large and delicious breakfast options. Friendly and courteous staff. The only thing is that the doors are very close together so it can get loud at night with people coming and going, something to keep in mind for people with small children.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. There are many underground lines around, so it's easy to travel to different places in NYC. The entrance to the hotel looks unwelcoming, it's quite dirty around. Elevators are quite slow.

It’s super convenient access to MTA. Both to and from JFK and also to all parts of Manhattan. I like this place outside of Manhattan; rather peaceful and less ( as in almost none ) of the mess Manhattan has; yet very close to it.

There was literally no WiFi. Nightmare. Complained to staff several times. Nothing resolved.

The hotel's location is very convenient to Queensboro Plaza transport hub, which is very convenient for getting into Manhattan quickly.

I like it was clean. The cable didn’t work and I spent almost five hours going back and forth with trying to get the issue resolved. One of the workers still on the table with their bare feet to fix the TV and didn’t wipe it down afterwards with disinfectant. The price was not reduced and got the run around when I asked for the manager.

Actually, I was just looking for a reasonable priced overnight stay but was very positively surprised about how well the hotel is maintained. The staff was nice, clean room, breakfast buffet and so on - everything was great

This hotel looks unassuming from the street but is a very well-maintained and cozy spot to stay within a few minutes’ subway ride of downtown Manhattan. The rooms are small but comparable to higher-end hotels in the city and the amenities were nice (although I wish they’d include wash cloths in the bathrooms). Highly recommend staying here if you want a good value on a room while still having convenient access to the city!

The surroundings and outside were very uninviting. The mattress was hard, burn hole in the middle of the sheer curtains. The bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. The front desk staff were friendly.

Only criticism was my mattress was quite firm but that's just personal preference so no issues. Nice quiet room good stay.
