Residence Inn By Marriott New York Queens

This hotel needs more than the 2 elevators they’ve got. Otherwise, it’s clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Size of the room was more than expected, clean and spacious bathrooms

Manager James was very good and the housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. Some of the front desk staff were not too professional, the washing machine was not fixed for over a month, some of the female front desk staff were not dressed appropriately, ie jeans and not a uniform as the males always had,

We stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Queens for close to two weeks and had a great experience in our “home away from home.” We found the location to be very convenient, especially with the complimentary shuttle bus leaving for the subway station every half hour. We loved the view of Manhattan from our window, and the room and amenities such as the fitness room and laundry facilities were very conducive to our longer stay. The refrigerator, toaster, electric burners, and microwave oven in our room, as well as a good assortment of kitchen utensils made it easy to prepare simple meals. The complimentary breakfast provided ample choices as it varied somewhat from day to day. Above all, the staff and manager were outstanding! Approachable and helpful, they worked together to create a happy and positive environment. We definitely look forward to returning to the Marriott Residence Inn in Queens for another visit.

On the good side, the rooms were clean, staff great and helpful.

The breakfast was really good, the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The main downside was the hotel's location, which felt a bit strange and inconvenient. The elevators were also an issue. Every morning, we had to wait quite a long time for an elevator to get to or from our room—usually around 4–7 minutes.

the view from the city-view room was amazing, cleanness, the subway is nearby AC didn't work even after we reported hat to the reception and the mechanic "fixed" it, we had to wait for the room for another hour after the check-in time, breakfast is the same every day (we were there for a week), some VEGETABLES would be nice, also 3 elevators is not enough for this building and on the last day 2 of them didn't work

Valet Hamed was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel also provides free shuttle to queensborough plaza station where you can take train to Flushing and Manhattan.

Great service from all the personnel. Shuttle service to the subway is a great plus. Breakfast is chaotic during the weekend, but it’s free… Quite noisy outside in the early evening but not during the night.
