The hotel’s dining destinations include Brass, a high-design, non-traditional French brasserie adjacent to The Tusk Bar that pays homage to the grand dining rooms of Jazz Age New York City. The Tusk Bar is a glamorous cocktail and seafood bar celebrating the timeless appeal of a warm welcome, a well-made drink, freshly shucked oysters, and a good time. Amazing location and lovely lobby and bar. Decent size room for NY Rooms can be noisy with people talking at the lifts and staff opening utility doors. Reception staff asked me about my stay and seemed very put out when I suggested that the breakfast could have been better. In very clear terms I was told I was wrong and that the cafe is a different company. This unfortunately ended the stay on a negative note instead of staff taking the feedback.

Cool spot and comfortable, stylish, pristine rooms albeit small but this is Manhattan. Excellent location. The staff we met were all delightful, friendly and helpful—thanks to everyone including Feliciano, Dinet, Arielle, Tashi and Dipak.

very friendly staff and very good location.

The location is amazing, as is the Tusk Bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I like the WhatsApp chat facility. The rooms were smaller than I had expected for the price I paid. I understand, because it's NYC, however I thought they may have been a bit bigger in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Located outside of midtown, this location is good for those looking to get away from the crowds of midtown. The front desk and restaurants are all on one level meaning those that are stairs challenged will make out fine.

Nice boutique hotel, although the cafe and bar were closed for an event while we stayed which reduced our options at the hotel

Ideal 1920s stylish, seductive vibes. Feminine, vintage, quiet luxury. The lobby smelled amazing and Sade set the mood. Breakfast in the cafe was included, offering drip coffee (yet we opted to purchase a classic espresso & latte) as well as many food options including a simple breakfast muffin, pain au chocolat, and lovely overnight chia oats, to name a few. Memorable mini martini oyster pairing at the beautiful Tusk bar. Engaging, attentive, and friendly staff. Thoughtfully designed room & bathroom with Malin+Goetz products. Frette sheets & comfy bed. Welcoming bottle of wine, robes, slippers, and umbrella added to the homey feel. Good location. Around the corner from must-have Sunday Morning NYC’s cinnamon rolls. Clean & spacious for NoMad location. Warm, inviting, chill lobby scene. Water bottles upon arrival. Would have been nice to know the Brass restaurant & piano atrium were closed for a wedding, but everything was so lovely that I only saw it as a reason to go back. Will recommend and return. Admittedly daydreaming about going back since checkout (at noon, which is later than most). Hubby popped in to surprise us, and decided to stay a night, so our daughter moved to the velvet sleeper sofa in the separate sitting room (with additional tv). Cool Bluetooth Marshall speaker was a nice touch, allowing her to vibe out to more Sade. I need one now. 10/10.

Friendly staff and within 30 min walk to the areas we were interested in. The gym was dingy and small. I found the pillows to be old and uncomfortable, I asked if they had other options and was told no.

Excellent location — very central, yet away from the crowds. The hotel has beautiful decor, a very comfortable bed, and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was small, but very well designed and thoughtfully decorated, with great attention to detail. We also really appreciated having a Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

This charming hotel is in a great location, right off Fifth Avenue, surrounded by some of NYC's most fun neighborhoods. The staff was welcoming, kind and professional, and the bell staff simply superb - getting a cab for us during a parade in the rain in Manhattan was nothing short of a miracle. The room was small but comfortable, and very quiet (no view - that's the pay-off). The breakfast was simple but adequate. Definitely recommend The Evelyn NoMad. Our room was tight but well-appointed, however, another luggage rack would have helped since storage space is at a premium. We did not like the hotel bar - tiny staff, long waits, overpriced designer cocktails that missed the mark.

We had a great visit to NYC last weekend. The Evelyn is impressive. Front desk was so friendly. The Evelyn has a wonderful small bar right next to the lobby. The servers were amazing. Example: didn't like the cocktail I ordered. The next cocktail was amazing and they didn't charge me b/c the first cocktail wasn't to my liking. What a fun experience. Our room, tho small, was lovely. The rooms are maintained well. And the bath robe was wonderful! We will definitely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed for a couple of days thus past July. The Hotel is beautiful, artsy and quirky with interesting design and fun lighting. The location is just perfect. The staff is lovely and kind. Overall we had a wonderful time.

The master suite as big enough for 2 adults and the living room with the sofa bed pulled out (for our 2 kids) was tight but serviceable. The jacuzzi was very nice and we loved the heated floors. The cute music motif on the tiles was adorable. Not much lobby amenities beyond water and free oranges. Employees were very nice. The room did not have a coffee maker or kettle but you can ask for it at the front desk.

Staff were very friendly! Location was amazing I just happened to go when the whole of New York was very expensive for accommodation
