Courtyard by Marriott Newark-University of Delaware

Dinner was excellent (salmon).

From the first moment to the last the hotel was an excellent place to be from the room, the staff, and the experience. Would define stay again and recommend to others

Dirty, very dirty

The young lady at the front was Dana. She was very professional and helpful during my staff. The room was clean it had a little odor to it. Once I sprayed Lysol and odoban spray the smell sort of subsided. Overall my staff was great.

Nice location

Everything was fantastic

Staff was welcoming and greeted you with a smile. Rooms were nice but the room we had the bed was horrible. Bathroom and sheets were clean but definitely some cleaning behind the beds and around them could be better but overall it was a clean hotel.

The location was great as our son is attending university of Delaware The breakfast only offered buffet at the time we were there. They did not offer any à la carte options.

Location. Very clean Nothing

Quiet

Booked at the hotel especially because it had a hot tub but the pool area is closed as they are removing it for a gym, the tv and internet was buffering the whole time. Over all I would not stay here again

The staff was very helpful

Superb

Superb

This hotel is at a convenient location on University of Delaware campus. Free parking on hotel premises is an underrated amenity. My room was bigger than I expected. It was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I was in Delaware to visit friends and I would rebook this hotel when I plan on visiting Delaware again.

Staff was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was quiet, welcoming, and conveniently located near restaurants and local attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Old worn out furniture. Horrifying lighting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to things but nothing readily walkable. Only highlight is the water pressure. Old school speakman shower heads. IYKYK
