Everything! Came for several college visits to UD. Of my daughter comes here, Springhill Suites will be out place to dry when we visit! Rooms felt a little humid. But otherwise comfortable.

My room was very clean. Kudos to housekeeping. It was a pleasure to see management acknowledging the housekeeping staff with a continental breakfast as well as lunch for all of their hard work. The beds were very comfortable as well. I had a great stay and experience.

It was clean, comfortable & close to University of Delaware ..

I liked that there was wifi and it had its own parking lot for free. I was so happy about that. I also really enjoyed the view from the windows, I like being high up. I loved the ice machine and the little office space in the suite.

Great hotel, clean room and helpful staff!

Towels are only given every other day. We were not informed of this at check-in or when we made our reservation. We stayed in two other hotels during this trip and neither followed this policy. For the prices charged at your hotel, towels should be given EVERY day. And besides, if we are supposed to hang and reuse them, where are we supposed to hang them? On the flimsy little towel bars? At least one of them was too small to even hold a bath towel let alone hold it while it dries. This is a big deal to me and unless I learn that towels are offered at your facility, I will not be staying with you again.

I would definitely stay here again. Tim was clean and loved the customer service and breakfast
