I had bugs in my room staff was amazing and made sure it was handled properly quickly

Very clean hotel, the staff was amazing. The room was clean and spacious with a comfotable bed. I would stay here again.

The breakfest staff was excellent. That I had to pay an extra )50 when I got to the property that was not told to me. I paid my reservation online through booking.

wonderful place to stay. Large and clean. the walk to the front desk was like you were walking down a plaza. Olivia was soo helpful throughout.

Location and Cleanliness

I thought the property was very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect. Everything we needed. It was so close even the airport we will be back.

The cost of the buffet on Sunday was too much for the food selection at $30 per person. It was not made clear that Sunday was not free when Saturday was. The food was good but for that day price I would expect more than the normal menu.

Very convenient location! Paid for a 2 queen bed room, got a 2 double size. Dirty washcloth left in the shower from previous guest. A/c didn’t work, it stayed 77+ degrees in the room. Breakfast said it was included with my stay but in fact was not.

Nice hotel. Bathrooms were a little small/tight but the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was nicely updated

Our flights home were canceled so we chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. The hotel was clean and recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The wait to check in was too long. The air didnt work in the room, but they came right up to fix it. The room was nice. I would stay there again.

Location was perfect My room had what appeared to be mold on the comforter on the bed and also mold inside the fridge (room 222).

We were in town for my little brother‘s wedding, and we stayed here, the staff is absolutely phenomenal, every interaction that we had with them was helpful, joyful useful, we will absolutely come here again special shout out to the ladies in the restaurant! And also to the front desk! See what I mean, everyone was amazing!

Exceptional

We normally look forward to spending time at the pool but chose not to because of the hair and dirty water. When I let the front desk know about it all she said was she would let engineering know and it had been a busy weekend but we still was not able to use the pool and the price we payed included the pool. Also the shower water would run onto the bathroom. For the price is also would think there would be breakfast included.
