Staff was very nice Felt dirty overall … specifically our bathroom and the elevators. Also, our a/c unit was super loud.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. I only picked this hotel because of the reviews. Most of the reviews indicated the staff was friendly and the hotel needed some updating but it was clean. I can agree that the staff was friendly but that is about it. There is so much patchwork on the property it should not be allowed. We were on a quick vacation and stayed 3 nights and had 2 rooms with double rooms. The rooms have a musty mildew sour smell, the one of the drains in the bathroom tub could have been better patched by a 5year old. The tub floors were brown with soap scum. I went out and purchased bathroom cleaner to clean the bathroom but it didn't help the tub. You definitely need shower shoes. There was mold on the wall under the desk area from an apparent leak because the wall was peeling also. There was no room service the entire stay. I went to the front desk twice for washcloths. That morning I was told they had to do laundry and some would be dropped off to our room. When we returned from our outing for the day no washcloths and was then told by front desk they didn't have any. I finally saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked for 2 and those were dirty. I would not/will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to get to, staff super friendly Driving I. Looks a little dumpy but it’s not there property. There was left over food in the fridge from some other quest and the socket in the bathroom didn’t work.

Excellent place for the price

Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. Poor condition of the bathroom. Shower head just had a stream no matter how it was adjusted. Looked to not have been cleaned in a long time with calcified buildup. Rusted towel bars. Bathroom fan did not work. Mold/mildew on shower hardware. Soap scum on shower doors. Stains on the seating area chair. Hard floor to carpet transition with shredded carpet, a tripping hazard. Handicap ramps in poor condition and steep for use with a walker, don't appear up to ADA standards. Bad check-in experience. At check-in I paid for the room but was told it was not ready and they would call when available, I would get the room key at that time. Lack of security around the building. People drinking in the parking lot. General inside condition worn and dated look. Location was difficult to get at with traffic.

Room was outdated and not very clean. I found a water bottle cap at the foot of the bed that had been there awhile which tells me the room was not vacuumed properly. There was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke alarm in the ceiling when we checked in the room. That’s very concerning!
