Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

The night clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I wasn’t familiar with the area and had some difficulty finding it, not as close to the airport as I expected.

It was a good location for where we were going. Other than that we will never stay there again as room was horrible and staff had no need to work there!!! It doesn’t matter what kind of room you book they will put you in whatever room they like. And if you don’t like it, I was told to go somewhere else. If I could have found another location you bet your ass I would have been there.

The cleanliness of the facility overall was worth the rate. Very nice hotel for a decent price.

I have stayed there many times. It's alway clean and quite. Good location. Close to gas station and many places to dine.

The facility is old. It's been heavily used. Maintenance seems to be minimal. The room price is high for the quality of what you what you get.

Comfortable bed. Everything is very old and something (the light in the bathroom in our case) does not work. The neighborhood is awful and a bit frightening. The breakfast is standard, but there was a queue all time we were doing breakfast.

It was close to our event we were attending. The bathroom was very dated and out of body wash. The water wasn’t very hot and there were stains on the tile and counter tops. The fridge was dirty. Breakfast was cold and not that much of a selection as previous stays.

Whole facility is is need of maintenance and refreshing. Smoking rooms smelled like ashtrays, which is normal, but the paint, trim and decor was just sad. Bathroom tub spigot required super strength to pull out AND push back in. It also leaked. No shade on bathroom window means parking lot light blazes all night in the bathroom. Outside steps all cracked and in need of repair. If you must have cheap lodging and don’t mind a run down, sad looking motor lodge, this is the spot. Daily towel change was nice, but no maid service otherwise
