Sonesta Simply Suites Pittsburgh Airport

location it wasnt as nice as the pix showed, much more run down

No complaints at all. Will stay again soon.

Staff member Morgan was very helpful even after my flight was delayed past midnight which cause a late check in. She went above and beyond in clarifying the accommodation I needed and promptly assisted when capable. If and when I visit again I will definitely consider rebooking here.

Very comfortable and nice staff

Exceptional

The room was filthy. The bathtub had mole on it. The sofa bed was badly stained. You need to update your pictures for property because they are deceiving on Expedia.

I arrived at 11:30 pm. Upon arrival, the front desk wasn't open. It has a phone to call staff, I did. The staff is visibly frustrated and unwelcoming. She had the window half open. It was very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes to check in because her password is not working. I paid 250$ for this room for weekend rate. The service is rude. I felt like I checked into motel. Do better. Also the pictures look 50% better than the actual aged room. I will not be coming back.

Nice clean room for the price.

It was okay, but definitely not the level of hotel I’m used to staying at. I was surprised when they told us they don’t clean the rooms during your stay, which was disappointing. Nothing was necessarily terrible, but nothing really stood out either. Overall, it was just okay, and I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Very good

Convenient Air conditioning turns off when sleeping

Everything Nothing

Exceptional

Extremely clean, amazing rooms, free laundry

I only booked there because it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle to take you to the airport. Well, I got up in time I went down. I waited in the lobby for five minutes until the shuttle was supposed to come. I was early. The shuttle never showed up. I almost missed my flight and the front desk. Person said oh well he said he didn’t see it written down anywhere. I watched the girl write it down when I told her what time I needed taken.

Absolutely perfect! Cant wait to return!

STAY HERE SEVERAL TIMES...CLEAN AND QUIET.. NICE UPGRADE IN THE HALLWAYS..
