Courtyard by Marriott Ogden

I had planned to buy T-shirts and jackets and coffee cups. And Utah magnets for family and I missed getting all of those things. The hours for breakfast and dinner were not helpful to me. I missed out on those time frames. I would love for it to be open all day long.

Second call explained the situation and got the same response left a message. No return call received Third call the next week. Physical message taken and no call return. Forth call made. The manager hadn't arrived yet but I was promised a return call. No return call received. So I finally called the Marriott Bonvoy customer service. After 30 minutes of "your call is important to us" someone answered and opened a case for me. Still not resolved and 2-3 hours of my time have been taken so far with what should be a simple issue.

Was there for 4 days got no house keeping was gone all day and no do not disturb sign I also. Had no working remote for the entire stay even though called it in every day

Very kind, helpful staff and fun to talk too. The bistro food is actually good lest it be a bit expensive, the breakfast burrito is my favorite, but was ~$13. My only wish is that there was a vending machine. After 10pm the bistro closes and sometimes i be wanting a snack. However, the hotel is in the dead center of the city, easy to get to, plenty of parking, plenty of food options nearby if you be wanting a snack. Great stay, reasonable price, frankly, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel is located next to historical 25 street. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful.

This was a very quiet hotel. We did not use the amenities but enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful location, excellent landscaping, the room was beautiful and had every amenity needed. Staff was kind and helpful

She let me check in early which was much appreciated after 8 hours driving. Asked me which floor I want to be on- 1st so I could easily get my stuff in -near a door which was helpful. Quiet, clean and nice workout facility.

1) Was told the pool was open until 11pm only to find it was closed for cleaning. This should be a short interval but it was untouched the entire day we were there. 2) NO HOT WATER @ 8am for a shower 3) Air conditioning was aweful- turned it to 60 degrees but the fan would not stay on and room was hot all night 4) Slipped in bathroom and hit the door- they have a postage stamp cloth mat and when the floor had water on it was very slippery. 5) NO shower gel but 2 tiny bars of soap- try showering with shampoo ( 2 bottles ) 6) The restaurant is a starbucks with limited options 7) Bedding is old and rough *** Would NOT recommend staying here. Booked via Hotels.com and perhaps they give travelers using this site the worst rooms

We were replaced in rooms that connected to the pool area, but did not open into the pool area. The room was dark and musty and smelled of chlorine. Also, the air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, which made room, especially Hot and humid due to the pool. We were woken by housekeeping, staff, despite do not disturb sign and also could hear children screaming from the pool early in the morning.

Very nice room and the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants

Property was clean, no bell hop to help with luggage. Shower had both the handle and shower head loose from the wall. Bed was comfortable but otherwise a nice stay.
