Rooms were amazing and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Location was the best. We tried to get into our rooms early but could not.

The location a was fantastic. Right downtown where we could explore. The hotel had a great common area with many comfortable sitting zones. The room was oversized and very comfy. We could not find a switch for a bathroom fan-for showering that was not convenient. And the bathroom could have been cleaner -I just noted a few hairs , like the floor had not been vacuumed.

We had an easy check in, nice stay, breakfast was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or fitness room but they looked nice.

Breakfast was good, but the pancake mix was gone and it was 9 o’clock No service at all and we were there three days. while eating breakfast on the outside patio, it was full of leaves and debris every morning, it was not cleaned up, asked to have service in our room after 2 1/2 days and was told they would be there in a minute, never showed up. when we got there, they were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Pleasantly surprised! Good breakfast options, pool and hot tub were nice, room was surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Space was clean, bed was comfortable, area felt pretty safe. Had no idea we were staying one block down from Ogdens Saturday market either so that was a fun way to start the day 🤗
