The only thing that I was not happy about was that I was charged for a breakfast that was not as varied or as good as what is included in the stay at Holiday Inn Express. If I have to pay extra for it it should damn well be better.

Arrived at the property and told we can’t check in because there was no power the people at the front desk weren’t very friendly and basically told us to find another hotel at the last minute!!!! It was a terrible experience and I wanted my friend that I haven’t seen for 21 years to have a room right by mine you ruined our whole trip!

The staff is friendly and helpful—from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The on-site restaurant is small and informal and the menu limited. But the food is excellent, well prepared, tasteful and healthy.

The breakfast was both convenient and good. The bathroom was a little creamped.

It was a nice, quiet and comfortable room. Very clean. The shower head is the pits. It is either very wide or hard directional that hurts when it hits ones skin. Also, the lighting in the room was too dim. I used to travel for business and working in that room would have been difficult. They charged us $30 for a plate of bland scrambled eggs and a couple of pancakes. (The pancakes were good.) There was no sign that I saw, informing us that the breakfast was not complimentary. Had I known, I'd have gone down the road and had a Burger King breakfast.

The bar was inviting, and the staff friendly and helpful. We tried some of the food choices and they were good. Cocktails well prepared. Hotel was very quiet. Didn't notice the freeway noise from close by. We will stay there again.

This is a nice hotel in a good (not downtown) location. Even though Interstate 5 is very close, my room was facing away and the hotel was VERY quiet. Desk staff was unengaging but functional. Pricing was EXCELLENT, i.e., inexpensive for this level of hotel. I will definitely stay here on future visits to Olympia

The property was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed outside seating for mingling, eating and drinking. The staff was superb! The food was delicious, especially for hotel food and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious. Parking was convenient. The location. Very remote. Not able to walk anywhere from the hotel except the lovely trail across the street.
