The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Joleen, who had to single handedly manage the front desk AND maintain breakfast the first morning of our stay. She did it with a smile and chatted with everyone while keeping the place running. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the location was great

Close to downtown. Very walkable. Plenty of free parking. Decent breakfast. Great water pressure. Coffee kept running out during breakfast. No biggie.

The doors to the room and exits are heavy and slam closed. My room appeared to be ADA compliant, though all I requested was a dog friendly room. Nevertheless, the door was so heavy I nearly caught myself and my dog in the slamming doorway. The handle to the toilet was difficult to depress… are these ADA compliant features? Limited, free covered parking is available & directly accessible from the hotel. Breakfast was available on time with the typical options. Coffee (regular, decaf, and hot water plus tea bags, sugar and individual creamers) was available at all hours. There is a little marketplace in the lobby, and an exercise room around the corner. The hotel is in walking distance to the state capitol and the waterfront, however, it felt like I was in the downtown of a city. Overall, I likely would choose another hotel if I were traveling with my dog and in need of a nights rest in the Olympia area again.

Breakfast was perfectly fine. Aside from one day, when they ran out of spoons, everything I needed for breakfast was available. I was also satisfied with the fitness equipment, which consists of 3 exercise bikes, a variety of barbells and a bench. Overall, a very nice stay. I'll be back.

My biggest complaint: there was a limited amount of elevators, and to get my luggage to/from my room required either negotiating a set of stairs or a long walk through the hotel.
