Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market

Good

Breakfast excellent

Great location near Old Market, so you can walk to lots of great places. Hotel is well maintained and clean. "Made to order" breakfast is a bit of a stretch. It's a standard hotel buffet breakfast, with a made to order omelette station (where they also hold all the bacon captive!).

Roomy clean very pleasant

Overall it was a pleasant stay

.

It's a nice hotel with very minor issues, I unplugged a lamp because the other outlet didn't work (Clark Griswold?), the sign at the 7th floor elevator is missing an arrow but the glue residue is still there. The valet service left something to be desired but the $37 fee allowed me to park my vehicle on the property and surrender my key fob back to the front desk; which was an odd experience. The time I did get a valet, my vehicle smelled like a pig farm for a few minutes after leaving. The staff is courteous and respectful though. Would stay again.

Lovely experience

Paid parking

Stayed there 3 nights. We had to call twice to have them clean our room- they just never did it. The bartender was not friendly at all. Location was great.

Overall, we had a great stay at the Embassy. Everything was clean. The only issue we had was with bedding for the pull-out bed. There was only one blanket and one pillow, with no sheet for the mattress. We called the front desk around 11:45 p.m. to request a sheet, another blanket, and an additional pillow. We were told the extra bedding would be sent right up but we never received it.

Kendra at the bar was excellent. The other bartenders were awful. No smile, no conversation. It felt like we were being a burden when asking for a drink. Sad. It was very cold throughout the hotel.

I liked the location and the amenities were good We were without electricity for a good part of one day and the TV was out most of the time.

We love the location, the breakfast and family friendly atmosphere of this hotel and area.

Exceptional

Awesome hotel, clean with awesome amenities. My boys thought it was the nicest hotel they’d ever been to! Breakfast was amazing and the lobby evening reception was great!

Breakfast was great! That the pool was under construction...we weren't told ahead of time. Grandkids were disappointed. Lol

Pool was closed and room wasn’t the cleanest

Very clean rooms, super nice staff, great breakfast, and great location to everything downtown
