I had a little birthday get together for my daughter and grandson , the cake was quite big and definitely wouldn't fit in the refrigerator in our room. The staff allowed me to store it in their refrigerator. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful our entire visit. I love Hyatt we will never go anywhere else... The room also was very clean . Thank you

Great location in the heart of Old Market
-
Great location, nice building all still fresh and new. Big and comfortable rooms. Lots of construction in the area making it hard for parking and instructions. Staff were not very helpful at suggestions for where we could park with a trailer.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to so much and in a safe area. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect!!

The surrounding area is very walkable, cozy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room was clean, but the bed wasn't comfortable at all. The elevators are a bit loud but functional. Breakfast was okay. Parking was easy to navigate.
