The gym is nice. Its a little awkward to be so open to the lobby. The bikes shown are not usable and are hidden/stored away in a separate room. Didnt stay long enough to eat. It was convenient to have a printer on site

Nice Nice

The lobby smelled like cigarettes. There was no mention of needing to pay for parking. The entire hotel was run down, broken doors, damaged walls, the ice machines were terrible. We couldn’t change the temperature in our room. The door to the bathroom was broken, as was the handle. We had to turn sideways to get in the bathroom. The shower was gross and dirty. There were black scuff marks along the bottom of the shower. The walls in the room was also damaged. Honestly the only reason we even stayed the second night was because we didn’t feel we could safely drive home. 12/10 never staying at another EVEN hotel ever again. The only positive about thing about our stay was the sweet lady working in the kitchen who gave us some bread for our toddler. I would lave negative stars if I could. Honestly, I am waiting for an email or a charge that says we damaged things in the room that were damaged upon our arrival, good thing we took pictures. I wish I could leave negative stars. ALSO the property/location looked nothing like the booking and said it was within walking distance of several things that were nowhere to be found.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. I also loved the workout equipment in the rooms and shuttle to the airport. Some of the upkeep around the hotel could be better. Sticky hard floors and the carpet was not well vacuumed.

Light bulbs out window treatments were piled on the floor and blackout shade was broken and impossible to open

The room was really nice the lobby was cool Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon there i asked them to set up the room romantically and they didnt unless they did the wrong room

Clean, stylish hotel with a fantastic gym and welcoming staff. Manager Alyssa especially stood out—warm, attentive, and always willing to step in and help her team. That kind of leadership shows. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

It was clean and nice, but the tv needed more movie channels and the pool need to be 24hrs. Overall 4/5

Had problems with our reservation.Didn't get the room size.We were supposed to pool was nasty so couldn't go swimming the floor in the room was dirty. And we had to change our betting because there was food in the sheets, so clearly was never changed

Clean & great staff

The construction going on around this facility has no weight upon this review since it is not their issue. The facilities wreaks of marijuana smell, unattended children in the lobby with the front desk staff not giving a care at all. The room was rushed through on cleaning from the previous guest as the trash cans were still full. The shower is horrible...no door to keep the water from splashing out into the rest of the bathroom area!

The staff is always great!
