Hotel staff were wonderful. Everything was great

The staff was great upon check in. Elevator was down. They put us on the first floor. Room had not been updated yet. Beds were old and used. Base of beds were soiled. Mattresses were very soft and sloped. Freezer was too frozen over to freeze our ice packs. Toilet was difficult to flush and way too low to the floor for a handicapped man. Soiled curtain. Damp room very musty. Parking was great for handicap. Breakfast was great staff was wonderful. I do believe had the elevator not been broken we would have had the room we were supposed to have. We will be returning every month because of our loyalty to the staff. They did everything to make our stay great. Please upgrade first floor next. It works for handicapped people and we did enjoy the convenience of being on first floor. Thank you to the breakfast staff for helping my husband. He has Parkinson’s and it is difficult for him to hang into anything. She was very helpful.

The staff was very and the room was nice and cool and the bed was comfy and very clean

Breakfast is decent, love the desk and size of the room. The bed was comfortable, but would prefer a slightly larger pillow. Number one issue, THE LAMP ON THE NIGHT STAND WAS COVERED IN GNATS. I had to put it in the hallway outside the room to sleep. Called the front desk but no one came to check the lamp until the next morning when I went to the desk to again report the issue. Only got an apology, nothing else.

Room is clean Did not use the pool

Our room was at 1st floor, clean, the Good breakfast options, they had no lactose free milk options though, so bring your own for coffee if intolerant.

Love the location. And it was kept very clean That they were renovating and I had to share elevator with construction workers. And window was covered with some type of material. I could not see out the room. The bath wash container was almost emptied in the shower

Hotel was under renovations right outside the elevator, could not use the pool but breakfast was good! Very old fridge and microwave in the room but they seemed to work fine. All in all 6/10, would go back.

Location and first floor accesibility. Parking was good too. Breakfast is good but could use more variety with the eggs and a larger selection of pastries. The light in the bathroom was dim the first night and then did not work the next night. Had to relocate to a new room. The TV in that room was not connected to the internet so I could not sign into Netflix, Prime or other streaming services. It was not resolved until my last day there. I was there for 5 days. On one day, the waffle makers were not available. Would also like to see a sugar free option for the syrup.

Didn’t like the hotel

It's location is definitely favourable for airport access, but it has a nice variety of food oulets and gas stations, within a stone's throw distance as well as they supply a pratical variety of breakfast items.

The girl at the front desk from my charlene with the nails went over and beyond she should be a manager I didn’t think good people still exist she went out her way god bless you

Food

Expedia reservation was made for my brother. When he went down to extend his stay they did making a second reservation. My brother was charged twice for one stay. When I called the employee said he couldn't give a credit. The manager has to do so, but there was no manager there.

Exterior of the property needs some TLC. Looks a little more rundown from the outside compared to surrounding hotel properties.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was good and the lady working breakfast was very helpful.

Room was average as expected. Staff , friendly and helpful. Experienced one issue, where the coffee creamer packs in the room were extremely outdated. They were no longer powdered, but instead wax like.
