They should recruit better staff.

Staff

As with many american hotels, hot water urn held water with unpleasant coffee flavor. Staff washed urn numerous times but flavor did not improve. Recomend buying new water urn and never using it for coffee.

I have stayed at this location before and have never has any issues. Comfortable and convenient.

Always have a pleasant stay here.

Great customer service

Hampton Inn has been our go to hotel up till now. The beds are usually consistently good and the rooms clean, but this particular H INN was a let down. The room was not very clean. It smelled and the carpet was filthy. Hardly an linens were provided.

Considering your cancelation policy and not even getting a response from anyone, you get a bad review. I gave you a week notice that I wouldn't be staying there afterall and yet you didn't even respond to me and didn't refund me anything. Full charge for not staying there is gay. Your policies and lack of empathy or response.

So the front desk clerk Trina was amazing, she was helpful with check in process and informing me of closing of pool but I could use facilities next door. She made sure I was having a good stay and gave me complimentary water after being n sun for hours. Little things made me want to go back everytime im n Jacksonville

Only problem was the sticky floor in the breakfast area. Felt dirty.
