Clean room

The drain in the tub was broken. Only Luke warm water in the shower.

I arrived late on a Tuesday and had a flight early the next morning. Check-in staff were very nice and the warm cookie was a treat at that hour. My room was spotless. Their shuttle service to MCO runs every 15 minutes 24/7 and you don't have to request it in advance. I would gladly stay here again.

Bartender was very nice to my friend that had a diabetic attack. She got the food out to her quickly. But her attitude was very short unfriendly about being nice. Making my friend feel very uncomfortable about the whole situation.

I want to start off my saying that being greeted with a smile was a plus, easy check in at the hotel as well. Staff were very accommodating to our needs as to shopping and dining options. The comfortable beds were lovely and shower was great too!. It was second time staying there and would definitely go for a third. Just one suggestion though, expanding the area shuttle to more than just a mile and it would a 5 star rating for me and my family

Close to airport Missing large size towels. Coffee pot outlet did not work. I have to move the coffee pot machine to make coffee.

When I checked in the front desk that first person help me was not polite, she couldn’t find my reservation, told me I didn’t pay for a room and then said she didn’t find that I was loyalty member. She assigned room that was having water leak fix. Then after I went back to front desk Mariam was very helpful, she give me a room on the upper level and made my experience better. The room was clean.

The hotel was quite convenient to the airport and the amenities lent themselves well to conducting the seminar on site. Airport shuttle service was great. At check-in, we were offered warm chocolate chip cookies, which were so good. I had to ask for an extra one! Highly recommended for a short layover in a space that provide a great value for money

The Lobby was great.. amazing staff, lively environment. The rooms and hallways were definitely dated and could use a coat of paint and ALL carpets NEED to be shampooed. Other than that, the rooms are well kept.. Any issues I had were promptly addressed… breakfast Buffett was good with many options. No quick access to the Main Street.. a lot of food options in the area but it’s a bit of a walk. Other than that, it’s comfortable for a quick day or two.. not sure I would stay for a week.
