Nice place. Highly recommend

Clean every where but old carpet in the elevator and hall. Curtains in the room old with few tears.

Free shuttle to airport. In the morning it arrives every half hour. *After hours call the number to be picked up at airport and they come 10 to 15 minutes. Good restaurant!

It’s a convenient place to stay and park when flying out of Orlando. We did stay at club level. It’s nice to have some snacks and a beer when checking in .

Had lunch in the restaurant. Food was tasty and well prepared. Attentive wait staff. Highly recommend this hotel

Bathroom Cleanliness

Room was ok but only 1 reg coffee pouch in the room. Will not stay here again, plenty of hotels with free parking in the area.

The room was rundown and dirty. Smelled horribly. Hallways were in same shape

Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant server during dinner was Great, friendly and professional. Hallways in upstairs were extremely cold! But I guess better than hot.

Missed the shuttle by seconds (running after it) and needed the extra time because I was unfamiliar with mco, got the next one but barely made the gate while it was boarding

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The restaurant had good food, bit the furnishings were worn, tattered, shabby, and uncomfortable.

Great staff and very clean.

We left a charger in the room and return shortly after realizing it and they said that it wasn't there but there were cleaning people working on the room. The hotel and room were not up to the standard of the hotel level.
