Hyatt Regency Orlando

Location and staff were exceptional Hidden fees. Resort fees, high parking fees and others should be disclosed at time of purchase. Rate was raised by 60%. Though hotel was worth it that is to much of a discrepancy

The view from my room was amazing! The room was super clean as well as the rest of the property. Easy access to the convention center. I ate at the market & the B- Dinner. Both restaurants had good food and the staff was friendly. I was there for an expo/trade show. Would love to go back for a few days for vacation!

I liked this hotel and the food was very good. That being said, I booked a club-level room and the club level was VERY disappointing. Alcohol was not included, which was something I did not realize; you had to pay for drinks. The food was good, but I was just underwhelmed by the club level for the price. If you need to be at the convention center, it's in an excellent location, but I wouldn't recommend the club level.

I always stay at Hyatt whenever I go to Orlando or anywhere around the world if there is one in the country where I am going, the staff is always helpful, professional and courteous.

Good location close to Universal Studios. Excellent service and quite a few nice amenities for vacationing.

No me hubiera gustado mucho que hubieran avisado que el Main Pool estaba en reparaciones y no se podía usar, en eso estoy totalmente desconforme, no es ético mostrar una gran piscina en las fotos y después uno va al Hotel y ve que no lo puedo usar. A eso le retiraría 5 estrellas.

Amazing facility and amenities from the restaurants, gym and stores to catch a quick snack. Amazing pool area. Definitely a hit!

Parking is quite far from the entrance. The property could use a little bit of updating. Microwaves in the room things like that. Pool was closed which I didn’t know before booking but 4th floor pool is nice. The food was really not good. Had to throw away a French dip. Wasn’t even edible! It’s an OK place to stay, but I don’t know that I would recommend it or stay again.

Clean and spacious room. Clean hotel, good breakfast. Lots of people due to conferences. excellent pool.

Close to park Pool & slide were mainly closed. Pool needs major renovations, tiles missing throughout pool, rust stains in floor
