Location Smell in the room and gnats

The in room dining service menu on the tv didn’t work so I had to go off of memory. I’m a frequent guest at the Rosen Centre. Also Red’s cafe, the chips for the nachos were stale. That’s about it. I give it a 4/5 stars.

Great spa! Staff is always accommodating and the property is well maintained.
-
The ladies preparing food at Reds’s restaurant did an outstanding job - and they were so helpful and pleasant. The parking arrangements were practical.

Very nice Resort

Overall it was a good hotel. Easy walk to the South Hall Convention Center. My only complaint was that the water flow from the shower was very low.

We had a short stay of two nights. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. The security guard picked me up from the car and drove me around to the front of the property and dropped me off with my luggage. The rooms were spotless and extremely quiet despite how many people were staying at the hotel. We went to the pool bar three times to eat and have a few drinks. Every bartender was extremely nice. The food was spectacular. We would undoubtedly stay here again.
