There was mold growing in the ceiling. The ac wasn’t working and the room was missing its tv remote.

Incredibly good sleep despite being near the airport. We enjoyed the café, had a wonderful dinner there one evening as well as lunch both days and breakfast. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.Would definitely keep this one on top of my list of places to stay . They also had great options around the pool, and even though there were lots of people, it never felt loud or crowded.

Only stayed one night, but we will be back. Loved it. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in our opinion. Omelettes are great, but it would have been nice to have pancakes or waffles with our breakfast rather than just toast. Would probably skip breakfast in future. Everything else was spectacular though.

The amenities are great and staff was friendly l although my room was not vacuumed and many areas where not dusted off upon my arrival.

Once we got to our room, we immediately noticed that the hallways leading to the room felt a little unsettling and uncomfortable to walk through. The room itself was as expected. We had two queen-size beds, with our two boys sharing one bed and my husband and I sharing the other. Unfortunately, our boys both said they felt very itchy after sleeping in their bed, which was concerning. The following morning, I took a shower and was surprised to discover that there was no hot water. My husband went to the front desk to report the issue, and we were told that maintenance would come check it out. We went to breakfast and, when we returned, my husband followed up with the front desk. He was told that maintenance had checked the issue. We went back upstairs, only to discover that there was still no hot water. When we checked out, I spoke with the front desk again and explained that the issue had never been resolved. We were given a $50 credit, which I appreciated, but it did not change the overall experience. For a $170 stay, I expect basic amenities such as hot water to work properly. There is also an additional charge for Wi-Fi, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and we will not be returning.

My room was renovated, clean, and very quiet. The bed was phenomenal. It felt like a $500+ per night hotel. Thank you!
