All rooms at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort feature a 40-inch flat-screen cable TV. Coffee-making facilities are also provided. Guests can stay in traditional or poolside rooms as well as spacious family suites which include fully equipped kitchenettes. Free WiFi and a free transfer to all 4 Universal Orlando Resort theme parks and Universal CityWalk are provided. Guests can relax at 2 zero-entry pools, in a lazy river, or on the beach. A water slide, 10-lane bowling alley (fees apply), and fitness center as well as a game room are on site. Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort can make dining in or take out easy for guests. The food court offers burgers, milk shakes, pizza, and sandwiches. A coffee shop is on-site in addition to lobby and pool bars. Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort is right next to Universal Volcano Bay and 1 mile to the Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal CityWalk. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for kids. Nice spacious suite. The staff is amazing. Incredibly helpful. Two pools and both were amazing. We loved the lazy river. Great dining options in the food court. I recommend the resort 100 percent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great access to Volcano Bay. Walking route available to City Walk - does take a while especially when staying in a block closer to Volcano Bay Front desk staff extremely helpful

We were in town for HHN and my birthday. Hotel was convenient easy shuttle bus to the parks on premise and affordable. Staff was nice and the property was clean. Pools were open late which was amazing. Food for dinner and lunch was good. The breakfast was ok. We loved the ice cream place, the pbj shake was sooo good. Overall our stay was great. Would stay here again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the parks was so quick, we didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to get a bus. Room was very clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buildings were old but seem ok. The big issues were the beds are old and have sunken spots that made you feel like you might fall off, the sink drain kept making noise all night and we spent $150 on the refillable "unlimited " drink cups but the drink machines kept breaking down or saying we had to wait more time to refill. The food court on-site was decent but way overpriced for the quality of the food. Pools and hot tubs were ok but you definitely need a shower ASAP afterwards and the gates didn't work half the time to get in the pool area. But the bus service to all the parks was the best way to go.

This resort property is fantastic! The staff here is unlike any hotel chain I’ve been to. Way better than the Mouse! Friendly and helpful always! We can’t wait to go back we are obsessed! So close to everything and the vibe is retro and fun. Pool and food areas are spotless. The only negative is it’s a long walk from towers to lobby and food but what’s another 100 steps when you already did 15k? Worth it!

Cabana Bay is a great resort, affordable and fun. The resort was under some landscape construction while was there, the staff was great very help with questions and welcoming.
