Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Surfside Inn and Suites

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel alone had so many great amenities that we could enjoy. We were able to get into the parks an hr early and enjoy before the crowd got in. That hr was definitely worth it. The staff was amazing, very nice, very helpful, and very appreciative. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and will book again in the future.

We stay there most of the time when we visit. Didn't like the fact that the parking fee doubled. Other than that, everything was fine.

We loved our stay at Endless Summer Dockside! The location was perfect, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Everything great!

The properties location , proximity to the universal theme parks and the shuttle service stand out

Universal’s Surfside is always a solid choice for a good price and a great location. The shuttle to the parks is a huge plus, the pool is nice, and having Starbucks right in the lobby is very convenient. My only complaint was check-in. Our room wasn’t ready until well after 4:30 PM, which was frustrating since we had to wait around in the lobby. They could definitely improve on having rooms ready on time. Overall, still a good value and a hotel we would stay at again.

This was not our first stay here. We had a blast again we brought our 5 year old grandson and he loved it. The cafeteria style kitchen was great if eating in the resort. The shuttles are one of the reasons we stay at Universal Studios properties they are on time and plentiful for all parks and hotels. No need to think about booking here just do it!!!!!!

We were upgraded without asking. Room was amazing with great view! Staff was fantastic. Would highly recommended, especially for the price point!

It was a really nice hotel and great area to stay, we would stay again BUT there were a few issues with the hotel which we found. Although it was a very postive stay. Good: Perfect location, busses were great, nice room and reception area, nice pool area also. Bad: Rooms hardly got cleaned, in 11 days i think the cleaners came twice? It was really poor on that side, air con would not go off at all, meaning it was cold and ended up giving us a sore throat, final issue we found was the fourth floor where we stayed constantly smelled of cannabis, it was so strong at times it smelled like it was coming from our room! We didnt care but can imagine that would not be good for families staying with children. Overall 7/10 we really liked it but with the improvment on cleaning/smell and the air con it could be a 10/10, we would stay again but hopefully see some improvments. We were surprised with an upgrade to a suit room. This made our stay. Giving us room to spread out. Everything in the hotel was a pleasant surprise from food options to space In the gym. Beds are tiny bit too soft. But that is personal preference.
