good overall

Very old tired rooms. The outside property looks like it’s been taken care of but not the rooms.
-
Very good
-
Staff was great but the room was raggedy and run down, and the buildings were falling apart with the restaurant/bar closed due to structural issues. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves for this site.

I did not stay i checked out within 30 mins of arriving. the rooms were nasty they smelled bad, the couch was stained the bathroom was small.and the carpet was very old and also stained
-
Room was in bad repair. No water pressure, tight operating handles on sink, drapery of track, no writing supplies
-

I'd give this a 1 but the staff was friendly and helpful so I upped it to a 2. The facilities is simply old and in need of a renovation. Room was not ready when I arrived, but staff waived my parking fee due to inconvenience. Toilet did not work, but maintenance came within 10 mins to fix. AC unit leaked water from ceiling so carpet was damp underneath. Stains on carpet and furniture, marks on wall. Main dining area was closed so reception and breakfast were held in marginal facility onsite. Reception had limited drink offerings. I've stayed at five different Embassy Suites and this was by far the worst facility. I left a day earlier than booked and ate $200 because of the conditions.

There was mildew in the shower, dirty bathroom moldings, and even a section of missing wallpaper. I understand that some hotels are older, but there is no excuse for poor cleanliness and maintenance, especially when you’re paying $225 a night. The pool area was also dirty, with guests bringing in outside people, drinking beer despite the no-glass rule, and playing loud music. Staff did not seem to monitor the situation. The restaurant was under renovation, and the temporary breakfast setup was extremely disappointing as well. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The 3.5-star rating and “good” Expedia rating did not reflect our experience at all. I should have complained and requested a refund. I will never stay here again.

The staff was very nice.

The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff member who cooked and managed the breakfast service was very pleasant and helpful.

My only suggestion would be to check on pool towel racks more frequently. The towels went quickly and were not restocked for hours. Also there were not extra blankets or pillows in our room so I called the front desk to order extra blankets and pillows and didn’t receive any so after a few hours I called again. Second time still took over an hour before I received them.

Pet friendly, clean and hard working staff and breakfast was great made to order and always refilling and restocking on time. Great stay but wish the bathrooms were close by the pool area and the hotel is nice just need alot of upgrade from the sofa bed and carpet and some TV dont work properly but overall the staff were nice and would Wish the walls were noise suppressed from the outside and squeaky old floors from the 3rd floors above.

Good experience!

Pictures on web are miss leading. Rooms had a smell, yellowish dirty looking curtains, plus on top of that a $15 daily parking fee. Do not recommend staying here

The property was clean, well maintained. Breakfast was good- a variety of options. The rooms were a little dated but clean and spacious. We couldn’t get mini fridge to work. They have an evening snacks in the dining area. Overall a great stay, will be returning.
