Holiday Inn Express Palm-Desert by IHG

Breakfast was good and plentiful helpful pleasant staff members but excellent biscuits only available one day of 4 and juice machine out of order 2 days (alternative cartons could have been provided).

This hotel was an excellent value. I spent a week in California staying at several, more expensive hotels in different areas, and this one had the best beds and pillows by far. The room was clean, though you shouldn’t expect a fancy view. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. The fitness room was clean and fully functional, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—especially the egg‑white omelets. I would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean

Parking was ok Breakfast was ok, coffee was great Room was clean but furniture in balcony was dirty.

Good price! A little worn but ok for star level

Cleanliness Breakfast eggs

A nice, clean property though some things need a bit of maintenance-the elevator was slow, the sliding door in our room needed some tlc, and the drapes were stained. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

It was everything we needed for three nights. We didn’t spend much time in Palm Desert because it’s so hot. We were visiting surrounding mountains.

Everything was pretty straight forward. Good breakfast options and had no complaints. Wish the a/c was a little better but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Housekeeping cleaned everyday! Not many hotels do that unless you request.

Clean spacious room helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast some variety would be useful

Cleanliness and good location No complaints

Great spot. Centrally located around shops/stores/restaurants. Coffee was perfect, and the staff is friendly.

Very nice hotel. Great location, safe, quiet, and convenient. Good breakfast.

Nice, clean, quite, the breakfast one of the best

Clean, spacious room with functional balcony; fairly quiet environment. Friendly, helpful staff, plenty open parking, very good breakfast (although the serving area got congested very quickly); good-sized pool and hot tub. Hotel is in a good location for restaurants, shops, etc. And your surrounded by the beautiful desert mountains of this area.
