The location was great I called to extend my stay for 1 more night. What a pain. Had to check out and then couldn't get the new room until 3pm so from 11am to 3pm no room and then had to resubmit credit card for room and check back in. Not good considering I was away and had my family there. Makes me NOT want to use Booking again, or the Hotel. Both on different pages and not about the customer. Same.....

The Hampton seldom disappoints, and this location was no exception, from check in to check-out. The person on duty when we checked in was particularly cheerful and helpful ... couldn't have asked for a better experience! And the cookies were a BIG plus ... thanks!!

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Other parties that were also there the same weekend were compensated a night and a half for the same complaint. The hotel is very clean and nice otherwise.

There were a few things that needed to be improved: - there was food leftover in the fridge from the previous tenant - the tub was sunken in the center, and didn’t seem as stable - they were mopping the lobby floors during high traffic breakfast time (seems like a safety risk)
