Holiday Inn Express & Suites Palm Desert - Millennium by IHG

Clean had a good stay would come back and stay here breakfast was good too

What gracious, professional and kind staff. They were so very helpful with all concerns.

Hotel was well maintained, clean and quite. Staff was very professional.

The property was clean, easily accessible, adequate parking spaces (no parking fees!), decent breakfast, comfortable beds. No complaints at all. If you have neck pain, bringing a supportive pillow may be helpful. They provided incredibly soft, down (or down-like) pillows.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast. This is our go to place when we are in the Palm Springs area.

Spotless. I like HIs in general because they are in my opinion the most consistent overall. And within that solid benchmark of where I position HIs in general, I think this was one of the nicest HIs I have stayed at.

Exceptional

Easily accessible hotel right off the highway, with plenty of parking. Very modern and new, with a fantastic breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.

I like how modern the decor was. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. The pancake maker was so cool. Location was perfect. Overall, I felt very comfortable there. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was really close to the Acrisure arena which ensured we could have a good time at a concert and were able to come back and relax.

coffee maker in room did not work

It was clean and refreshing. Had a great night sleep with comfortable pillows and climate arriving in the room was perfect, definitely a plus!!

Exceptional

Convenient to I-10 but quiet, super clean, good bed, nice toiletries, excellent coffee and lots to choose from for breakfast. Great stay, thank you!

This was an amazing hotel state. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were so comfortable. Holiday Inn express is really stepped up their game. I am definitely gonna put them as my first position when I’m traveling over Marriott breakfast was amazing. The staff was so nice and accommodating the room was immaculate clean. Great location great everything. This is the only place I’m gonna stay when I come to Palm Desert.

Really nice place. Sorry that the pool was being renovated. Considering the heat it would have been nice.

Staff was amazing! Great customer service. Hotel is brand new with all modern appliances and furniture. Bed was super comfortable. Would def come back again!
