Quality mattress and pillows. Nice room Noisy. Had connecting doors; perhaps that's why neighbors' voices and coughing were so loud. Also machinery next door (?) could be heard at night. Had to turn up tv volume and set A/C fan to "on" to sleep .

We love the convenience to downtown. We look forward to the breakfast - good selection, friendly staff.

The location is amazing and room was super comfortable, spacious and clean. The entire hotel area is lovely! The pool was perfect! The value was on point! Enjoyed everything about my stay!

Great location just in downtown Palm Springs, very nice outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was better than other standard American chains.

Loved the location in San Diego and the room was very comfortable. The initial room allocated was very dark, next to the breakfast room and the pool, so noisy. Asked for a move and were accommodated straight away into a lovely quiet room!

I liked the location, the friendliness of staff. I had an issue getting into my bathroom.

Great stay, nice location downtown

Room was fine but the access to the room was bad. Woman at front seat gave us very confusing directions to our room so we had to walk all around to find it. Outside door to the section our room was in was not working with our key card. Another guest tried his card and it didn’t work either. Went to a door farther down on the building. Got in with all of our stuff and the elevator near our room was broken/out of order. We carried all our stuff up by hand which was not great for us as we are in our seventies and had been driving for 8 hours.

Several of us ladies meet in Palm Springs a few times a year for a girl's trip. This hotel has been a good in between spot for us as we are all coming from different directions. 2 of the ladies from different areas in California and 1 from Arizona. We were a little puzzled about the parking issues on this last trip. Previous trips there weren't any issues with parking. We had 2 rooms reserved and were told we could only park 1 car per room, as the hotel was completely booked and were told to park a car across the street in the parking garage (which we did). So now we're curious because at this time the parking area was not even half full so we decided to keep an eye on it. Never once in the 2 days we were there was the parking lot even close to being full. Don't understand the parking issue.
