Location was excellent Was just an old hotel with cockroach. Dead cockroach behind a dresser.

The property is located 1 block from Palm Canyon Dr. which is Palm Springs' main commercial street. Shops, restaurants,etc. Also 1 block from the M. Monroe statue. Fortunately, our room was not near the pool area. The party atmosphere runs from early morning into late afternoon. If I had wanted to use the pool, I would have found it very uninviting. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, and it wasn't possible to deflect the air flow off of the beds.

Beautiful setting. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Bicycles available. Comfortable beds. Nice size pool. We keep coming back.

Warm welcome on arrival, with great info. Room door did close but the safety lock wouldn't work. No access could be gained from the outside though, without a ket Room compact but clean and equipped with safe & coffee making facilities

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Mountain Resort! The location is perfect, especially being so close to downtown Palm Springs and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a great experience overall. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palm Springs!

Don't understand what the resort fee is for,they only have a pool and free coffee in the lobby. Not much of a resort.

Great location. Patio rooms are wonderful. Staff was wonderful. It can get loud if your room has a balcony that looks out to the pool. Pool is open late, expect to hear the parties.

The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. This is an excellent hotel and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wonderful staff as well. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay in Palm Springs, excellent location right downtown in PalmSprings and very nice facilities. I love that it is a pet friendly hotel! Staff is very nice.

Nice place and great price. Easy walk to restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. We’ll go back for sure.

The room was fine. The cleaning was great. The only thing I would change in the rooms would be the steam iron. We need to have regular irons with ironing boards in the rooms. Those steam irons take too long to heat up and there’s nothing flat that we can lay our clothes down to steam it correctly without water dripping on it. But other than that, everything was fine
