Josh was great at the front desk WiFi stopped working. Room didn’t stay cool. Ice machine wouldn’t produce enough ice

Don’t stay in rooms 109 through 116 as the laundry facilities are on the adjoining walls and the extreme water pressure creates a sound that will keep you up all night. If they move you to room 209 to remedy the situation realize that you won’t have a working TV. Staff didn’t seem happy about my concerns to be moved not to mention when I told them that housekeeping staff came into my room door without knocking or announcing they seem to minimize that as well. I it’s just happen to have a audio recording going on to document the sound from the wash facilities when the person barge through my door so none of these comments could be designated as false or untrue

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were really helpful I would come back.

This was the second time i stayed at The motel 6 downtown palm springs. The staff there seemed nicer upon check in. And the check in went smoothly. They were even accommodating to some special requests i had. I enjoyed working out near the pool in the morning. I liked the retro looking dining nook in my room, i thought it gave it a more cozy feel to the room and my experience. There was a little bit of strangeness in the area near the front door of the office though.

The central location and the set up of the motel itself They could use a little bit of updating, especially the bathrooms
