Breakfast choices could have been better. Something small like muffins, Danish or bagels would have been very nice. Instead, we had to go to the Starbucks next door.

Clean, comfortable and stylish hotel. Front desk staff, valet and housekeeping were accomodating and friendly. A nice touch is the coffee in the morning and the appetizers and drinks at 5pm.

Location is fantastic right in the heart of Palm Springs downtown. Rooms are decent size with huge windows making room larger, providing ample light and great views. Like foyer’s high ceiling and sense of spaciousness. Stuff is nice and attentive. Bathroom has no electric vent only the passive one. Why? Lighting in the bathroom is dim even at max settings. Shower faucet broke luckily for us on a day we were living. Mattress is on semi soft rather than hard size. Rooftop pool should be a a no brainer but didn’t quite deliver. Bar area is somewhat squashed in the far corner with only few seats. Water in the pool seemed bit cloudy rather than crystal clear blue. Parking is really on open space, no cover so you’re car will be nice and toasty. Rooms was advised with breakfast included. Which was somewhat true as it included coupon for $60 at the hotel restaurant. Except being hotel restaurant there’s no way you can spend only $60 for breakfast for whole family. In the end it covered less than half the cost of breakfast

Nice place nice people nice location

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The location is perfect, the rooftop pool was gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and everything felt top quality.

This was an amazing gem. Right in the heart of downtown, the Rowan offers a great mix of local food favorites and shopping. The rooftop is amazing and the rooms were nice and well organized. The restaurants on property were all good. Def. stay here again!

Everything was incredible! From check in to check out it was a flawless stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The property location is perfect. Close to everything no need to be driving. Everyone was attentive and made me feel welcomed. The valet staff were always polite and fast with bringing my car out. Lastly I am beyond grateful for the champagne and strawberries for our anniversary, it’s something we won’t forget and will definitely be back. Thank you again to all the staff.
