It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring Palm Springs and the surrounding area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

Even though they are pet friendly, they have no ability to assist with doggie day care. We had to cancel our plans and leave early because they could not assist us after our original day care canceled at last minute. We were charged a daily cleaning fee but never had anyone do anything. It seemed more important to get to buy into the vacation property to assist us as guests.

Our stay was wonderful ! We took our fur baby, and the staff was so kind with her. The facility is so clean, the cleanest pool I have ever seen ! The staff is 5+++. Highly recommened !! We are already booking our next stay !

I come for the staff, wonderful & clean rooms, the Quiet Pool and to bring my cat to a place she loves too!

I have everything I need for a great stay close by such as Trader Joe's, Vons, Target etc . I love reuniting with the staff and meeting new members of the team! I'm already planning for my next visit. See you soon!!

There was a big roach in the room as we walked in

It was great. The room has everything you need, everything was clean and comfortable. My doggies had a great time too. The staff was super friendly and the pools were clean and cool.

Olvide mi ID , para hacer el check in ... El personal me dijo que mandara un mensaje a expidia para notificar o hacer cambio de el nombre de reservación , mi esposo si tenía su ID con el , y Verónica muy amablemente nos ayudó y pudimos hacer el check in . Es la segunda vez que vamos a este resort. Todo estaba bien . La alberca la habitación.

This was my first time here and second time in Palm Springs from Los Angeles and I’ve got to say I’m definitely rebooking here from now on! Awesome staff! Amazing place! And awesome vacation! 10/10!
