i was appalled i had to pay for parking even though i was paying for a room. aside from that the front counter lady was NOT friendly at all. she appeared to hate what she does for work and it spilled over into my experience. i will not stay here again.

American restaurant is what helps my decision. no restaurant on site. a Bistro where you can get small package items. Convenient and Secure parking for ten dollars is the public parking lot in front of the building.

The hotel itself is a great place to stay, and I really enjoyed my overall experience. However, the hotel staff was the main disappointment. I believe the hotel could benefit from better customer service training to ensure guests are treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect. (Specially receptionists.) With better-trained staff, this hotel could be an even better place to stay.

We stopped in last min. Great assistance. only issue was that we found hair on one of the towels and the staff only said "thank you for letting me know".

Very clean updated walk in shower, friendly staff. What I didn’t like you pay for parking and they did not provide complimentary breakfast. All other hotels that were similar offered both-free.

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming Was advertise on booking.com as breakfast included which it was not, was available for purchase. And you have to pay for parking unless you become a member or if you are one!!? Feel like the cost of the stay without any amenities park would be a given ♀️also the internet and cable where out a lot seemed of it rained no cable or internet
