Location & nice staff. The room could’ve been cleaner. The sheets on one bed had mold spores & the kitchenette area could have been cleaner.

Nothing I didn’t even stay. I was hesitant at check in based on the condition and smell of lobby. But took the key and proceeded to the room. It took all I had not to vomit from the smell. Once I opened the door saw the filth and a worse stinch I proceeded to the stairs and walked out. I felt tricked to by the name change. Had a known it was previously a Motel 6 I would never reserved. It’s what I would have expected for that hotel brand.

When I was booking I saw the hotel very different on the pictures than the real thing. It looks like a motel. I was very disappointed.

I stayed for a month at Studio 6 and if I am ever in the area I would dray again. The room's are spacious, clean, and perfect for anyone traveling on a budget.

I’m not sure air conditioning worked throughout the weekend. It wasn’t unbearable but it definitely wasn’t cool.

When I got to my room, it was about what I expected for the price. Nothing fancy but not bad at all. Then I looked at the countertop and noticed it was wet, probably from housecleaning wiping it down. When I grabbed a towel to clean up the wet spot, it came up yellow. I then noticed the leftover something on the countertop that was sticky. Then we found the trash bin, which was not emptied and full of beer cans, Taco Bell and whatever else. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and she told me to bring it downstairs and empty it in the trash bin. I was unaware i now worked for the hotel. If it was my mess, absolutely. I am not cleaning up someone else's trash in a hotel I am paying to stay in. Unacceptable in every way.

The hotel did not offer any water. None of the water fountains were operating and the vending machines were out of order. I had to walk across the busy street to buy a bottle of water. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the three days I was there. I realize that is not the fault of the hotel but of the guests. The room was big and perfect for my stay.

Good inexpensive place to spend the night.

The interior (rooms) were new and clean.
