This place was disgustingly dirty and it was obvious that none of the staff cared at all. Clean something, anything.

The staff was great , they give you what you need when you need it. Always having a smile on there faces and very willing to help with booking adjustments, The best place I could ever stay to meet my first girlfriend. Truly a stay I will never forget. I appreciate the staffs willingness and cleanliness. Highly recommend.

Leaving The check in process was impossible due to the fact that the desk had no staff and after waiting for 20+ minutes and hearing from current guests what a nightmare the place was, I left. I promptly submitted a request for cancellation since it was quite literally impossible for me to gain access to a room I couldn’t check into and I was denied cancellation or a refund. But thankfully, the property messaged me to let me know they were sorry for my frustration!!!

The rooms were unclean and appeared not to be cleaned between guests.

I did not know it was an extended stay so we liked having the refrigerator. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and that is all. No toilet paper. No iron. No towels. The bed was not comfortable. We will never stay here again.

No Breakfast and bed was old. Arrived late and room didn't have towels. Have the room ready

All staff members were Awesome, friendly, called me by name, my Furbaby was very comfortable, and they made him feel welcomed also,rooms clean and beautiful. Didn't quite figure out the bill but

Had paid for a King bed room but when I get there they have none. Gave me a Queen but couldn't adjust the price because reserved it on Expedia.

Upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was clean. Parking was a little tight in the wee hours of the morning coming in. Excellent location. Close to stores and restaurants.

Conveniently located. Nobody could get in without a hotel room key so it felt safe. Higher price than I booked it for on booking, took deposit that was not mentioned on booking, staff ran my card before telling me the total price they were trying to charge, I payed for a king suite and was given a full, and the bed was hard.
