Comfort Suites Perrysburg - Toledo South

Average hotel stay, we had a large room with a surprise jet bath tub that was in the room not the bathroom. Also had a nice shower. We did not eat breakfast there so can't comment on that. Our room was clean.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. First, the room I booked. The dates ended up being changed when booking had to get a cancellation and rebook, a room. The second book room I booked was not what I was given at the property. They had no other rooms to give me. And so I asked for a full refund, and now they are charging me an extra fifty dollars. Had to book a second room for the second night. There asked for that to also be canceled and refunded, and they charged me for that room as well.

Bad

When we arrived at our room, as we opened the door, a horrible stench came at us immediately. It smelled as though someone had gone to the bathroom in the room and left it. I immediately went to the front desk and the employee was not helpful at first until I told him that I wanted my money back. He then followed me up to the room and realized I had been telling him the truth. He gave us a different room, after telling us that he didn't have any other rooms, only to find out 2 days later that he charged us for the other room! We will never be staying at this hotel again!

Location They advertised that they were previously remodeled the room that was giving smelled like paint the air conditioning in room didn’t work properly bedding was stained privacy drapes don’t close to cover windows so anyone can see straight in room staff acts confused when you report problems instead of trying to resolve them overall bad experience

Exceptional

Great location

Room overall was nice and comfortable and the beds were soft We got up to take our showers and noticed we did not have hot water, that was very unfortunate cause it would have gotten a better rating

Close to stores and restaurants Are room had a Bad Mildew Oder to it

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The smell was horrendous like a musty, moldy basement. Our mattress cover was stained which was pretty gross. The jets in the jacuzzi tub worked, but not very well. There wasn't much pressure.

It was easy to find and conveniently located.

This property was terrible. The service was bad the front desk staff was not good. The rooms was very dirty and not well maintained. My stay here was not good at all

A

Other than that all was good.

Check in was easy. Room was quiet and clean.

to much of a deposit not worth it

Good breakfast and nice jacuzzi.

Location Mold/water in ice bucket, broken head board light, room not vacuumed, human and dog hair everywhere and also in shower, finger prints on fridge and TV dirty handle on microwave. Food left between bed and night stand.

Everything

Good amenities in the room.
