Days Inn by Wyndham Perrysburg/Toledo

It was next to an event I was attending at the holiday inn. Since I could not justify $190 for one night’s stay, I used this hotel. The price difference was the only good thing about the stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean Front desk denied I requested a ground floor room at booking.com. They hemmed and hawed and finally gave me one. Air conditioning did not come on. When I came back to sleep I called the front desk. The front desk man came and played with the controls. It started. Within a cycle it turned off and never came back on. Booking.com listed ‘breakfast served ‘. There was absolutely nothing. No coffee cups. No coffee. No food at all. The front desk states: this is a transient hotel, not a long term stay hotel. They must have problems with people bringing pets and cooking in the room. This hotel is everything bad about greedy minority owned hotels hiding under a well known name. They were completely uncaring and unmoved about the room having no air conditioning. They figure I won’t be back and they are right.

Their breakfast consists of a breakfast bar and coffee. Not a breakfast Wi-Fi wasn’t even working in the room and like I said no breakfast.

Our first assigned room had many many bugs. When we called the front desk, the staff member switched our rooms. In the “new” room there was a large cigarette burn on the comforter. Not a clean property.

You get what you pay for.

We got there and checked the bed. There were bed bugs. We left immediately. The hotel said I had to talk to Expedia to get my money back. I got a hold of Expedia right away. The hotel told them I didn’t show up and wouldn’t refund my money because I did nonrefundable. I find this ridiculous and terrible customer service, Very disappointed.

Found bed bugs in the bed our first night. We went and checked out. Told management why we were leaving early. I expected at least a refund, maybe some compensation. Nothing!

The room was clean and the location was convenient. There really wasn’t a free breakfast even though it was advertised. The over head light blinked on and off randomly.

Not a Days Inn.. It's a Super 8. Has both signs, but it's built like and rooms match every Super 8. Room was cleaned but not clean, filmy coating, sticky spots, mildew in tub. More importantly, seemed quiet..until 4am, when the noise like a saw or back and forth creaking went on for an hour, then at 5am, when the dumpsters were emptied, banging so hard the bed literally shook. Then the Expedia description said Free Breakfast...nope, no breakfast at all.. Nothing. So No, Not Accurate. Not Good.

This place is serviceable, the only issue was the towels were all stained and some were ripped

But 1. Breakfast included was advertised but granola bars is not breakfast. We booked here because it included breakfast. 2. No cups in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get. Kinda hard to take meds without a cup/glass. 3. (minor) No ice machine.

The images that are shown for this property are nothing compared to the room you get. The room smelled like cigarettes, and it didn't look anything compared to the pictures. We went straight to see the room when we did check-in without taking anything with us first and left immediately after, ended up spending the night at a different hotel.

The bed was comfortable, there were no glasses in the room, no blow drier, no ice bucket. The room was not clean, junky looking, no warm breakfest.

All was good with room and staff

Room was nice and clean, though one of the towels was stained. Staff was very kind and helpful. Biggest complaint was the continental breakfast, which was just a tray of the Special K 100 calorie pastry crisps. Very disappointing, especially after specifically booking this property because breakfast was advertised.
