Great staff very professional

I like the fact that the was clean and the staff were friendly.

Well maintained property, bathrooms are upgraded, carpet could use some freshening but overall a good modest stay

The facility was good but some of the front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. They don’t clean the room every day and when we asked for towels since they didn’t clean the room, we had to go to the front desk and collect even though they had an active housekeeping team at that moment. Please note that after paying $250 per night this is the service we got.

Front desk was phenomenal, plesant and accomdating. The staff operated in excellence. I wish I could remember the guy that assisted me last night. His customer service skills were beyond my expectations.

Great place to stay for a few days, when trying to rest from a long ride. Also great breakfast and great food from the restaurant on the property

There were water damage in our rooms, visible bubbling on the ceiling and walls, the toilets kept running after flushing, there was a strong weed smell in the hallways and rooms that they tried to mask with air fresheners. For the first 2 rooms I was charged a lower fee for "incidentals", though the room was pre-paid via a 3rd party but for the 3rd room I was charged almost double. . When Sherylyn, the desk agent tried and was unsuccessful in correcting the error, I asked to speak with a manager she went in the back for bout 5 min and them returned to say the manager wasn't in?! She said he wouldn't be in until the next evening. 2 days after I checked out, I noticed that they charged my card over five hundred dollars...FOR WHAT?!! Although it was returned, that is not what I agreed to and it was not where on my receipts. I do not recommend thjs hotel and I will not be returning for a visit.

We liked that it was close to Dunkin Donuts and Nifty Fifty, since breakfast is not free. There was a frig and microwave in the rooms We did not like that we were told we were being charged different incidental fees for our 3 rooms. 2 were lower fees and after checking out, my credit card had been charged $511! Although it was returned, that hold could have prevented us from using those funds for something else. Also the hallways and one of our rooms smelled of weed that they attempted to mask with air fresheners, the rooms had visible water damage on the ceilings and walls. The toilets continued to run after flushing. The manager was unavailable to speak with regarding these issues, although the desk agent went in the back and took 5 min to come out to say he wasn't there.

Great place to stay if you don't need much, we were just there for an event near by.

Everything was good

some freindly staff and location carpets were filthy. says a 4 star hotel but no daily room service without asking several times. Condoms on the wall for sale suggesting its a 1 star hotel. resturant takes over 45 min for food even when not busy. no luggage carriers

Front desk unbearable careless about guests. This is a last time to stayed in this hotel.
