Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia - Penns Landing by IHG

Location The water in the room was not hot at all, the safe in the room didn't work. There was a tissue on the floor of our room. Cleanliness could be better.

Dont stay here if you want to sleep. The hotel is located between a highway and a bridge so the noise inside the room Is terrible

The beds are so comfortable and the location is convenient It was noisy

Location was located close to the venue we were going to. Breakfast was good. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaked when you moved.

Everything was great, the staff, rooms beds, Breakfast was delicious! Only thing was the fire alarm going off at 830 am and had to jump out of bed, run down 10 flights of stairs only to find out it was someone that burned toast. They couldn't shut the alarm off until the fire department came.

Decent location The fact that I had to move our room because of the smell of marijuana coming into our room at 1am. The fact that I had to pack up the kids and move because of drugs. The fact that I had to pay for parking when nothing was described on the booking site. The fact that I couldn’t get in touch with a rep for your company to get a resolution. The fact that nothing was done when I even told the officer in the lobby.

great location to explore old town Philly and all historical spots.

Great breakfast and location

Great location for walking to the Old City or the Riverlink Ferry for concerts at Freedom Mortgage amphitheater. I wish I’d paid a little more for a water view to muffle the sounds of I-95. However, running the fan all night created enough white noise to help. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Everything - location, friendly staff, clean room, awesome breakfast

The staff was nice and relocated us after not being able to get our a/c fixed. Overall good staff with helpful staff. There was one staff, however that seemed not very happy to be there or help, all others were great. Room was clean and breakfast was good as well. A/c didn't get the room cold in first room but was moved to a different room that worked.

Walking distance to downtown. Parking available Beds are to soft, noisy rooms as the highway is close by and the windows are thin . Breakfast with plastic plates, no fresh fruits
