All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. Everything was great but I would not recommend the breakfast. It was all that appealing and the sitting area was the only place that was not that clean.

We have stayed here twice. Once the night before we moved to Australia, and a second time after 18 months upon our return to America. Both times we received the same great service. Nick was extremely helpful and accented our needs. Hot water - showering after a 17 hour flight is a necessity. Unfortunately the shower was barely warm. Hot water turned on all the way and we could still feel a chill when showering. I don’t recall this on our first visit, but definitely on the second. We would stay here again still.

I wish more hotel room layouts were like Aloft! I love that the bed faces the windows - giant windows that let tons of natural light in, but also have a nice view at night. I love the shower in the bathroom with glass doors that go all the way to the ceiling - this is a really nice touch to make the room feel more luxurious. Also, the frosted wall in the shower to allow the light in from the bedroom, again, a really nice luxurious touch. And the ambient lighting is all warm, which I loved! Most hotels have this disturbing bright white colored light, but the warm yellow lighting helps the room feel so much cozier. The bed was so comfortable too! I didn't want to leave. I tried to use Netflix on the TV and logged into my own account, but nothing would ever load/play. I assume this is because the WiFi was just not fast enough unfortunately. Also the vent in the bathroom shower just looked like it hadn't been cleaned/dusted in a reallt long time. But otherwsie, my stay was very clean and pleasant!

Extremely pleased with my post-trip stay. Shuttle quickly took me from the airport to the hotel, the bar was open, so I was able to grab some bites, staff is always extremely nice and helpful to me. Not my first and not my last stay at ALOFT! Thank you, guys, for being awesome and always there for me! :-)

Requested a double bed room. We were given a handicapped room. We were told that that was all that was available in a double bed room. The bathroom had handicapped shower with only a hand held shower wand. Shower curtain was too short and the water went everywhere. We had to use the majority of the towels for the wet floor. The airport shuttle does not run early enough for people that need to at the airport by 4:00 am. There was no ironing board in the room.

The staff was quite helpful and the hotel offers shuttle service to the airport at regular intervals. There is a bar in the lobby that serves some dishes, but the menu and space is limited. The property also has a swimming pool and workout facility, and a small “market” with snacks for purchase and free coffee or tea.

Couldn’t check in because of a Computer issue. Had to wait 10 minutes. Also inconvenient way to pay for parking rather than just with the room.
-
Not a fan of no night light and having to turn on a bright light to use the restroom. Fire alarm blaring at midnight , so no sleep. A surprise 15$ parking fee. We won’t stay there again.

The check in was easy and fast. The front desk man Nick was really nice
