We had a really nice stay. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and the hotel was easy to navigate. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I was surprised by the $17 parking charge when I checked in. Cannot charge it to the room. The hotel uses a 3rd party parking service that you must sign up with a QR code.

The toilet did not flush There was not any soap in the bathroom There was no shuttle, I am handicapped and could not get myself back to the taxi stand. I called for help both airport and hotel. and it took one hour for a taxi. And it was a man from the airport staff that finally helped me.
