Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Phoenix Airport, AZ

Would like vending machines on the floors so I don’t have to go to front desk

Good

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff Elevator was out, pool had not been cleaned

No elevators, no 1st floor rooms, no warning.

Hot tub jets didn't work, elevator didn't work. When we got to the hotel there was no one at all in the office. We waited over 10 to 15 minutes before some one was there to register us. The fire dept was there about an hour after we checked in and a hour after that, there was a man passed out in the 2nd floor hallway.

Good

My go-to hotel when flying out. Super close to airport and freeway.

Superb

Rooms were nice, complementary breakfast could have been better.

Clean room and helpful staff

Good

It was convenient to stay overnight and was shuttled to airport to catch a plane to Chicago in the morning. Left car there for 5nights at a reasonable price. Will use them again

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast perfect. The check in and out process was fast! The Inn is close to airport and the trafic is not disturb. I will stay here next time if I'm flight to Phoenix!

Bad

Not ok when the elevators were broken

Very nice facility for the weekend we stayed, the only issue was that the elevator was out of service and having to take the outside stairs up three flights. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Close to airport No restaurants or take out nearby. The uncrustable out of vending musta been 3 yrs. Old

clean and comfortable room very spacious would stay. breakfast was good and the ride to the airport shuttle service was excellent.

The room was nice. Sleep very well. We checked in early had to pay extra fee. Asked for top floor then they told us the elevator was not working so we asked for 1st floor. Sorry no rooms available on that floor. So we took 2nd floor. Had to go down the inside hallway go outside to climb flights of stairs to get into our 2nd floor room. There were people smoking pot up on the stairwell on the 3rd floor which was not impressive to smell b4 going into our hallway. Nice that they called a Lyft (on them)for us to shuttle to airport. We left b4 breakfast time can't tell you about that.

Elevator did now work, the stairs to walk up to our room was on the outside of the hotel and smelled like pee, I was locked out of my room while opening the stairwell door because the keys were deactivated, I did not have any shoes on maid refused to help
