the room was not cleaned very well at all, we had gotten moved to a different room and it still was not cleaned well. breakfast was not what we expected at all either

This property staff was Great! For an airport property. The only suggestion, but would not change my mind from staying here is that it is a little outdated. I do understand upgrades or even remodeling takes coordination and money. I do hope that upper management would consider this property in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was covered in pet hair! The floor, the pull out couch even the table had pet hair all over it! It was disgusting. I had 4 little ones with me. The room was stuffy and hot the ac didn't cool the whole room. Will never book here again.

location was a plus , near I 10.Easy to get to. The room was dirty in the kitchen The ice maker didn't have a tray to catch the ice. The kitchen floor was dirty water on the floor from not having an ice tray. Living room floorwas dirty turned off the ice maker. No cart at all to take your clothes to the second floor.Breakfast was bullshit! Only muffin and oatmeal packs. They did have coffee that's it! Breakfast should have waffles,eggs, cereal,milk orange and apple juice.ect. None of that! I should have gotten a partial refund! like 50 percent.
