Definitely a mid stay for a one night staycation. Also was not aware there was a huge anime conference being held at this hotel. Upon arriving I was told that all valet and parking was full and to go figure out my own parking. Front desk also not super friendly or helpful, and didn’t seem happy that I had pre-booked for a late departure the next day. The room was ok, outdated but at least it was quiet. There seemed to only be one elevator working. The battery pack in our door also died so that also had to get replaced. Overall not terrible. But probably won’t stay again.

Great location for Phoenix Fan Fusion! Only drawback was having to park across the hotel at the garage as the garage at the hotel was full

The mandatory amenities fee ($30) was a surprise. We did use it but only because it was mandatory. I dont like surprises when it comes to fees. I Sydney know about this fee until we checked in. The check in clerk asked what view we wanted. We wanted a view of chase field. He put us on the sure if chase fiend but gave us the west corner room which was a view facing I-17. Coffee and breakfast was good.
