However, very clean and kind service. I travel to this area frequently and this has been the better spot to stay.

Great property, rooms and friendly staff. Unexpected $300 deposit on top of room cost needed upon check-in, refunded a few days after the stay.

I did not receive the room I booked online which was to have a in room spa I didn’t like the huge welcome mats at the door stained and filthy

The rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was surprising. They have a waffle maker, hot food, and omelet an station. They also have the normal cereal, juice, coffee, etc. The only complaint I have is that we though the hotel had a hot tub. Come to find out there are hot tubs in specific rooms. Overall the stay was good.

Everything really was great. We slept amazing! But the staff was a little wishy-washy and slightly condescending. There was no hair dryer in our room and they questioned all where I had looked. No one brought one and the stock room was directly across from our room so I went to ask for one. They finally went down the hall somewhere and brought me one. Honestly, other than that, everything was fine. It was clean, good location. Just be prepared for a slight attitude with the staff.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t really a buffet it was very interesting having refried beans and carnitas for breakfast and the scrambled eggs tasted very mushy like it came out of the bag the pool was not clean the room was decent though but they have some weird people staying there

Upon checking in, Ashta (sp?) was wonderful. We were tired, she was uplifting and kind. She was efficient and took care of our check-in and getting set-up. The room was unclean and not well taken care of. There was visible hanging dust clusters on the wall boards over the window. When we wanted to extend our reservation, the (not Ashta) was not great. She totally cancelled our reservation, required us to provide (again) a photo id and she copied it - why?? What is she doing with that copy of my state issued ID? She then had to re-program new keys, disabling our existing keys. When I informed her of the filthiness of the room, she wanted us to let the cleaners come in and clean the room. That was not acceptable. - no other option but to live with the hanging dust clusters and hope it didn't end up in my bag, bed, or face.
