very nice and I want to come back

The staff are very pleasant and understanding. The only concern I have is the blinds in our room. It’s not fully covered the window. It seems the measurements were not correct and the window was not covered enough for privacy. The housekeeper I don’t know her name. Was a little bit not understanding. Any how everything went well after I told her what I needed. She even said omg.

We stayed in room 106, and unfortunately, there were a few issues with the room. The carpet was noticeably dirty and definitely needs a deep cleaning. There was also a mildew smell in the room that was unpleasant. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was not the greatest.

The location was great! It was surrounded with places to shop and eat. It was quiet/ clean and the staff was really nice. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. There was no microwave in the room, not really a biggie, just something I'm used to most places I've stayed.
